Black Pearl Oscietra Black Caviar comes from the Russian Sturgeon (Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii), also known as the Danube Sturgeon. Pearls measure 2.9mm to 3mm in diameter and have a distinct dark brown colour. The flavour is well-balanced with silky, nutty notes. The texture is firm yet melts on the palate. Unpasteurised and free from preservatives.
